Assignment Description

 

The technical consultants services requested are for the performance of ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of the client’s database system.  It is the system of record for many of the clients business requirements, including but not limited to, registration, enrollment, tracking, etc.  It is a Model 204 database and all programming is done in the M204 user language.  Consultants working on this database must have this specialized technical knowledge and experience detailed in the Skills and Tasks section below.

 

 

Skills:

•  8 or more years experience in Model 204 User Language

•  5 or more years experience with File Manager

•  Business/System Analysis Skills

•  Good writing and verbal communication skills

 

Tasks:

1.  Assist in requirements gathering and analysis.

2.  Analyze requirements and propose file and screen designs.

3.  Using in-depth knowledge of M204 User language, write programs to meet requirements.

4.  Analyze coding problems and de-bug complex user language programs.

5.  Using in-depth knowledge of data structures, data modeling assist in the design of complex systems incorporating many programs, files and data structures.
